Local Plan Consultation – London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
Richmond upon Thames Borough Council are consulting on their publication Local Plan.
The plan sets out a 15-year strategic vision, including objectives and spatial strategy for meeting housing, employment, social and infrastructure needs of the Borough as a whole. The Local Plan will guide future development in the borough. It will inform how growth will be accommodated across the borough and also seeks to address future challenges including climate change, health, affordability and liveability.
This is the final consultation on the plan, prior to the plan being submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination. Comments submitted to this consultation will be sent along with the plan for the appointed planning inspector to consider. Only those who respond to this consultation will be invited to participate in the Examination of the Local Plan.
The consultation closes on Monday 24th July 2023.
