Dacorum Borough, Hertsmere Borough, St Albans City and District, Three Rivers District and Watford Borough councils are currently undertaking a consultation on their emerging joint strategic Plan. This is the first consultation on this plan with the main focus being on a draft vision and objectives for the area, and high level questions about how the plan should progress. At this stage the Councils are not asking about specific development sites.
