Hillingdon Call for Sites

call for sites

The London Borough of Hillingdon has launched a call for sites exercise. The council are conducting the exercise in order to gather evidence as part of its review of the Local Plan.

Any sites for consideration must meet the following criteria:

  • the site is wholly or partially within the London Borough of Hillingdon; and

The site meets one of the following:

  • it is greater than or equal to 0.25 ha
  • it could accommodate 10 or more self-contained dwellings
  • it could accommodate 1,000 sqm or more of non-residential floorspace.

Anyone can submit a site as part of the exercise, subject to it meeting the requirements above. Owning or having a financial interest in the land is not a requirement in order to make a submission.

SF Planning are experienced in making site submissions and have achieved site allocations into a number of local plans for our clients.

If you have any land interests which may be suitable for future development, and would like our help with making a submission, please contact us as soon as possible.

The deadline for submission is Friday 29 September 2023.

More detailed information about the Hillingdon Call for Sites is available on the Council’s website.
