We are delighted this week to have achieved planning permission from Cotswold District Council for our Client, Campden Home Nursing to provide a new cancer day care centre in Chipping Campden.

Working with Cotswold Transport Planning, MHP Landscape Architects and I J P Construction Services, SFP acted as planning consultant on the scheme including assembling the relevant consultants to achieve planning permission for the change of use of an existing dwelling and associated works to provide the new day care centre.

Planning permission was achieved within 5 weeks (as opposed to the normal 8 weeks) thanks to our positive pre-application discussions and a proactive Senior Planning Officer at Cotswold District.
