SF Planning recently revisited Claypits near Eastingon where our planning consultancy work in 2016 secured planning permission and listed building consent for the conversion and redevelopment of a former farmstead within Stroud District to provide four dwellings. The site was sold by our Client and is now being developed by Stag Homes. It is understood all properties have now sold within a few weeks of coming to the market.
