Cheltenham Borough Council are now consulting on the Cheltenham Plan Proposed Main Modifications. This consultation follows the hearing sessions that took place in February 2019.
From the issues raised through examination and the public hearings main modifications were set out as further amendments to the Plan, these have now been amended. The public consultation on these changes will take place over a period of 6 weeks from 4th November 2019 until 16th December 2019.
At this stage “all representations received will be submitted to the Cheltenham Plan Inspector and will be considered as part of the public examination. The Inspector will assess whether the plan, with Modifications, is legal and sound”.
Clients are advised to contact us as soon as possible if you have any queries regarding the main modifications. We can also prepare representations regarding the modifications.
