Cheltenham Borough Council planning change to fees

A quick update to all existing and future clients – Cheltenham Borough Council recently changed their pre-application process through a revision of what might be required to provide an opinion.

The Council has also revised its fees.

Please now work with the new fees for schemes that will be the subject of pre-application discussions in the Borough, but please also feel free to give us a call for any further advice that might be required.
