Bath and North East Somerset District Council are consulting on a full review of their local plan. The Local Plan Launch Document sets out the approach the local authority will take to prepare the Local Plan and the main priorities the Plan will address.
The Bath and North East Somerset Local Plan will provide the planning framework for the area up to 2042 which will guide how planning applications are considered once the plan is adopted. This is the first consultation on the plan review and will be followed with others as plan preparation progresses.
The Council is also running a call for sites as part of the consultation for potential sites that may be suitable for housing and/or economic development.
